The rooms were very spacious. The location was a bonus, very close to Discovery Mall, Waterbom Park, short trop to the Airport etc! This is a reasonable accommodation for anyone wanting to stay overnight before heading off to the airport. Accommodation is never great without having great customer service, the staff were so helpful and very welcoming. the cleanliness, the staff very very friendly, the location very well located and it was just few steps away from Bubba Gump restaurant and less than 100m to waterboom & discovery shopping mall. Not far away from kuta beach by walking.Good dining & shopping area too.

Central, but not in the chaos area. Good double bed, breakfast, staff, location, price. Big room, friendly staff, breakfast is ok. The staff are nice and helpful, the located is good for walk to the mall , but take a bit time for walk to the beach, anyway it's doesn't matter , good choice for the night before you go to airport . breakfast are good . we enjoyed while we were there. not far from shopping center. close to the beach also reataurant. i like the room because they are clean with the new building. the water in the shower was good. staffs were very very helpful, the room was big. Good location, and best price. Good location, walking distance to discovery mall, eateries , convenience mart, beach. Nice gesture of offering breakfast and dining at the outdoor setting. In a quiet lane but could be scary at night. The staff were helpful and friendly, as most Balianese are. Price is cheap and staffs are friendly. Stairs was quite annoying as it was hard to get my daughters pram up and down. Small bathroom compared to room size and not quite a fan of having the shower above the toilet. No iron, fridge or kettle but it was ok because it was only for 1 night. These are just key points but overally I loved my stay. The toilet was blocked and the water floating on the floor after shower and made us felt a little bit disappointing. Have to walk up a stairs to the hotel. - walls need to be repainted, but it is still look good. - no free hotel toiletries. Breakfast wasn't that great. Noisy in the early morning because of a public event (indonesian independence day) done in the court just in front of our window........ Bathroom of room 103 was mouldy and had a terrible smell. Very small bathroom (comparing with the room size). The room I got wasn't same what I see from photo and the smell not so great... But I just stay for one night , so it's ok. I dont like the place/ the area of the hotel. quite spooky i think. the bathroom was small and not so clean, no wi-fi in rooms. Breakfast not variety. Long staircase to reach the lobby, difficult with luggage and staff did not offer to help. Room is old, with dirty wall, smelly and tiny bathroom. Can hear noice from corridor . Door don't have latch, feel unsafe at night. Door doesn't close nicely without a bang. No safety box in room only has one in lobby. The staff even forget to pass us the key of safety box after we left our things there. Not worth the money, could have pay a little bit extra and stay at better places. Bathroom was very very small, and the shower is literally above the toilet. Unfortunately, we had a room with salt-damp. There is no fridge. All in all, not a recommended hotel for relaxation. Surrounding is a bit run down, furniture is old. Not recommended if you spend most of your time in hotel. The location seem not safe to stay but the staff was fine.
