Friendly staff, good central location- very close walk to shops, restaurants and bars, close walk to the beach(5-10 min walk), nice quiet pool and garden hideout which is a nice escape from the chaotic street life outside . Would come back here and would recommend.

The room was clean and big comfy bed. The classic Kuta location on Poppies.

It can loud at night from the loud music from nearby nightclubs - we had earplugs and they blocked out the music well.
We did not come to go out in Kuta so when we went to bed the nearby clubs were very loud. We slept extremely bad (even with earplugs, the bass was ridiculous) until 3am when the clubs stopped playing music.
I can confirm the other reviews, really noisy nightlife around. You can hear the two live bands and three DJs spinning discs at the same time.
I didnt like the fan, because the position of the lamp its up on the fan so when I turn on the fan its really dizzy.

the breakfast could be a bit better/bigger for that money. the rooms are a bit too dark, ours seemed like a cave. the bathroom facilities need to be renewed/cleaned.
too close to the noisy clubbing area but not a problem for those who party themselves or can sleep to the loud sounds of night clubs.
Loud is not a Word for this Hotel. Till 4 in the Morning You Are in the middle of a Disco. There is no way to sleep! If that is okay for you, this Place will be Perfect. Cheap Food around, everywhere Bars. cheap Hotel but clean and good facilities.

Very noisy from the SkyGarden playing music till all hours. Bathroom shower recess was old and cracked. One afternoon I didn't have water.
Too much expensive: I paid 20 euros for a room which was not very clean
and old the same owner has a restaurant at Legan street where I paid 4.5
euros for a sea food, but there was not thing to eat !.
