  It was a very nice hotel in Agra. It is fairly close to the Taj Mahal which was a welcome since I easily walked it to enter this exquisite structure at sunrise. This hotel is directly associated to the Maya Hotel across the main street and found their restaurant to be very good and tasty. Very helpful with all my needs, even before I arrived at the the hote - The newer hotel is across the road from the original and thats the one to stay in ..its set back. Our room, double delux was lovely, contemporary lovely decor and the bathroom was great. .wonderful shower, hot running water. We ate across the road at the original hotel. ..the food was very good. The location is perfect for the Taj Mahal a 10 - 15 min walk...go early, 6am as we did, you get your entry ticket, shoe covers and a single entry in....   My boyfriend Nico and I had a brilliant stay at Hotel Central Residency. The staff were really helpful and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, organised our tours on the Ganges and the temples etc. (which were very reasonable and also very good) and basically ensured our stay was good as it possibly could be. The room - I liked the fact that the hotel is very clean and fresh, having been newly built in 2012, and there is attention to keeping a high standard of cleanliness. There are also modern conveniences, and the food is good. The owner and all the staff work harmoniously as one family, and there is a good, cheerful feeling, and all are genuinely helpful, including the humble, kind tour guide Bindi, who told us things about the ghats that we were not aware of.

Agra fort is really close too (about 10 mins cab ride) the hotel had a cafe and restaurant which was the cleanest I've seen in The nearby areas. - I personally felt like it is located very near to taj and is more secured and the facilities available there are really good and maintained well. Keep it up
