we took a risk of booking a room a t basil, because couldnt find many reviews. But must say we had the best stay in delhi or rather all of the india in this 4 star hotel category. Delicious food & super friendly - ever smiling staff just made our stay care free. They helped us booking train tickets to jaipur, getting medicines from chemist, even organised a special cake for my husband on his birthday. Ordered food at 3 in the night. 24 hour room service was excellent. None of the other hotels o.
wszystkie opinie » This is a great place for business customers like me the staff went out of their way to be helpful to obtain services, like SIM card and product stands I required for an Expo that I was presenting at. The Taxi driver they supplied spoke good English and found all our needs and helped build up our stand at the Expo, I will use this hotel again thats for sure. Top marks Guys. The staff were very supportive and friendly. This was my first trip to Delhi and enjoyed my stay. The staff also helped me with travel arrangements and advised me on it; in fact they went ahead to get me the best deal for my trip to Agra. This is an excellent place to stay at! I had never seen such a helpful staff, Amit even booked a last minute train ticket for me without any problem. Rooms are clean and the rooftop terrace is worth seeing. The hotel is a bit off-centered and close to noisy Mathura Road; however the standard of the hotel largely trades off!. room do lack space and numbers of power sockets. Breakfast spread is very poor. Rooftop terrace was closed while I was there. Not an easy place to find for either the airport taxi or the rickshaw back from the centre. Hotel's map not helpful to drivers - need something in Hindi that describes to a local where it is!. air conditioning makes a lot of noise small elevator toilet tissue rolls too thin/had to call for second roll need two soap bars in the washroom. The 3rd floor was very noisy because the wash room for laundry was in use till late in the night.. thin walls, you can hear couples doing their stuff in the other room. location is another thing we did not like.
