Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).

Stayed for 14 nights, felt like home. Never been so comfortable in a hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
