I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Extraordinary location. Beautiful gardens within the guest house compound in the centre of Delhi is almost unheard of. Excellently priced. Highly Recommended. More so if you are tired of the glass and steel of the 5 star chain hotels
