I have been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Chennai over the last years. This is a very fine hotel with great rooms and very good service. -

Excellent service, very friendly staff eager to help and provide everything that's needed - often went out of their way to cater to any requests. Car is readily available 24/7 for travel and is in good condition. Wifi access throughout the hotel, and good breakfast options. Great rooftop infinity pool, very functional gym with better than average machines. Rooms were very large and comfortable with excellent balconies

The staff were absolutely brilliant and had a "can do" attitude. They all genuinely cared that your stay was as you wished it to be. Spa is lovely. As the clientele is predominantly businessmen the upside was that the pool was always quiet.

Design, very gentle and friendly staff, modern hotel and very comfortable. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The top roof restaurant with its city view is really super. We likes everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.
