- Cooperation and behaviour of the staff. - Food - Service. everything. Close to the railway station and that's all we liked. breakfast is same and boring should change. Rooms were full of mosquitoes. Staff at the reception (especially the lady) were rude and not helpful at all. Breakfast was an ordeal. Had to ask for everything, from butter to forks, knives etc. We had lunch there one day and staff kept hovering around till we finish. They forgot to charge us for something and called us on our way to the airport to get the payment. Not professional at all.
