The location is at the heart of the city, close to Cubbon Park, UB City, MG Road, St John's Hosptal etc. Excellent value for money in a city known for its expensive hotels. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a healthy breakfast included in the tariff. Roselynd, at the reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff were very helful and its was in a clean and quiet area with access to the city and transport and in particular of the staff at reception John was very helful and knowledgeble in adminstration.
wszystkie opinie » It's very sophiscated and morden designed hotel. The location is good residencial area. They provide derisious and safe foods for foreign guests though most of visitors are Indian. The cleanliness. One can walk with bare foot even in the car parking without getting foot dirty. Purple Lotus are to be seen everywhere in the hotel as a symbolic . The room is very clean, spacious & comfortable. Hotel is quiet & very relaxing. Will book this hotel again if I'm going to Bangalore next time. Excellent staff and good hotel with large room and good facilities. Very quiet ambience and homely feel. Very friendly staff; though in the centre of Bangalore very quiet. Limited range of dishes offered in the menu. Hotel taxi rates double that of other taxi services in the city. nothing. For first visitor, it is hard to find the hotel. Non English and Only Japanese speaker is not suitable and convenient for the reason. I really cannot answer this question. Sorry. Breakfast choices were very limited and had only 4 or 5 choices (including breads & cereals). TV channels were all Indian channels and there are no English channel except for MTV. Will be good if they can provide in-room slippers & complimentary drinking bottle water. Though this is rated as 4 star, certain basic amenities are missing like Shoe Shine, Hair Dryer, Laundry bag, list & service, ... Some of the staff did not speak English or they did not understand questions or requests. I had dinner there once, but if I had to do again I would rather walk outside for a bite. flooring was plain cement.terrazo or tiles would have looked better. more twin beds option needed. Food could be more tasty. resturant closes at 9.30 in evening.... The food was extrmelly expensive and not up to the mark. No hot water in the evening! The breakfast could be better. We stay here every time we get a chance over the past couple of years and have found a definite decline in quality of service and the facilities. You don't want to find torn towels and bed sheets in a hotel of this kind. This time when the staff opened the door for us the door knob fell off... service was very poor. Staff was not well trained n even not enough in nos. Breakfast was not good. Need to improve service. No drinking water in guest rooms as basic hospitality gesture; everything is paid. Poor options in b'fast. Costly hotel cabs, very heavy taxes. No great value for money. Good if you drop your baggage and carry on with meetings. Initially when i entered the room it was stinking .I personally requested have the room spray . There is no proper kitchen . I had a bad expereince that i was not able to enjoy the food i like on my time. Only for name sake 4star catergory & value for money is waste .
