It was excellent value for money - even though they add tax on at check-out. We had a suite room and it was clean and really big. We paid twice as much money for a room in chennai that certainly wasn't twice as good. The location might be slightly intimidating to solo travellers at night as it's not the most well-lit area. But we had no troubles. It is a nice hotel and very reasonable for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Situated in a good location with easy access to important places. Vegetarian food was delicious.

The location is very good. all facility was available over there. the room was very hygienic. If i will come next time, i will suggest and choose this one. staff especially Mr. Gopal was very helpful, courteous and attentive. Overall had a very good stay. Mini suite was very spacious - had fan and air-cond. Spacious room, good breakfast at adjoining restaurant, proximity to train station, friendly and helpful staff and on-site travel agent. The spacious room, cleanliness, best worth for money, express check in. behaviour of the staff and management was really excellent. Good hospitality, comfort and excellent in low budget. Big room, interior, linens. frindley staff. hospitality. 1) Location is close to the Magestic Bus Stand, but you have to take Auto. 2) Its a budget hotel, so value for money. complete value for money, quite enough for the purpose of business trip. i stayed for 5 nights in a non ac mini-suite in october 2013. the room and the bathroom were big and clean with a strong smell of mothballs. warm water was there for the most of the time. even though the railway station and the bus station are quiet close (you still need a riksha) the hotel is in a rather quiet area. The manner in which the local male population stared at my wife. Free wifi speed. nothinng. Nothing specific. Nothing Specific to say. They charged 7% extra tax which was not mentioned in the booking. Nothing. Water closet, No lobby. The restaurent was not saw good. 1) Check out in the morning was not handled efficiently by the reception staffs. It took a lot of time also. Not so professional. 2) Outside area is a bit busy & noisy. The hotel property is a old building, need renovation. around the hotel there are many birds (even though the hotel tries to keep them away with nets) who make quiet a bit of noise and irritating sounds. i saw very few women around in the hotel, the in-house restaurant and the close by surrounding (no female staff, very few female guests) which was a bit irritating as a solo women traveler.
