  Excellent location and accessibility. Most of the major sights are in walking distance. The apartment was very nice, clean and quite and I loved the super-fast WiFi. The staff was also very nice and helpful.   It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. After the first experience in the hotel, we wanted to return.   We booked 2 studio's for a family city trip. Which happened to be a perfect choice for this purpose. Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean. The free WiFi deserves a special mention: perfect quality everywhere (router/AP in 1 of the 2 rooms we booked)! Very clean room with new furniture and all necessary equipment (big refrigerator, oven, teapot, hair fan etc.) We stayed here for week and category of our room was upgraded - that's why we lived in 2-room apartments.   The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.
