  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent.   The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Excellent location and accessibility. Most of the major sights are in walking distance. The apartment was very nice, clean and quite and I loved the super-fast WiFi. The staff was also very nice and helpful.   We booked 2 studio's for a family city trip. Which happened to be a perfect choice for this purpose. Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean.
