The staff was also very nice and helpful.   We booked 2 studio's for a family city trip. Which happened to be a perfect choice for this purpose. Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent.
