Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. fabulous hotel. I made a mistake while booking my trip, and Booking
helped by talking to the Hyatt management, sorting out the mess I made.
We are here 4 more days, and are getting very spoilt by the service,

The room is spacious and the bath room is huge with separate bath tub and shower. The water flow in the shower is very strong and very good, consistently warm temperature without any shocking cold water interrupted. The twin bed is big enough for me to share with my 5 years old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again.

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.

The location was perfect for me. I wanted to be in a pleasant safeenvironment and in a safe area. I also wanted to be near a green space,an underground station and a varied shopping area. This hotel satisfiedall of these needs. - Staff were helpful and room was always made up whenever requested.

First I give the highest appreciation to the staff who are always helping guests, ranging from bringing my suitcase, redirect me to the check-in that is available, open lifts, explaining directions to points of interest, and find me a cab. As an Indonesian, I love to meet "Budi" who can explain me something in my mother language.
Secondly, I booked a superior king room and placed in room number 1006. Room is spacious, overlooking the Leighton street , very clean and well maintained.
