For sure, a value for money choice and we had a great time:
- The hotel and its rooms are new and clean.
- The locatoon is great; it's next to the city center but it's also really quiet.
- The owner is polite and always willing to help us and make sure that we are satisfied.

Stayed only for few nights, easily could accomodate the four of us, nice, newly built or refurbished, good quality fittings and furniture, clean, staff was helpful.
Nearby the beach, very friendly.
Location.
-The owner asked us to pay in advance. However, we didn't have enough money with us so we payed the half.
-The hotel has no reception. If you want any kind of information you have to get into the owners' room and ask.
Tiny shower cabin, no hair dryer (or I haven't seen it), no wi-fi.
They cleaned the room on request.
