Having arrived late on a ferry into Heraklion, we were warmly welcomed by Yannis into his hotel with pizza and beers. From then on Yannis continued to be extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean with excellent facilities. What a wonderful experience and a fabulous place. Wonderful staff who have a passion for what they do and really want you to enjoy your stay, which we certainly did. The room was fantastic and the building has been beautifully restored. Location was great, 5 minutes walk from the beach and shops on the next street. You can walk everywhere in town

Everything! We stayed in the maisonette and it fitted the bill
perfectly, all facilities provided. Our hostess went beyond the call
of duty and her staff could not have been more pleseant and obliging.
The location was perfect for us to explore the town without having to
walk miles and bearing in mind we were there for the Easter

Aloe apartments is a very nice place to stay, close to the old town where there are lots of shops and tavernas. The manager of the hotel Lefteris is a wonderful person who will always be glad to help you and give you good advice. The beach is just across the road and the supermarket is only 200 metres away.
