Everything is so perfectly clean, towels are changed every day, sheets every other day, breakfast is served in your room, rooms are spacious. Position of Melrose place is also great, old city of Sko - The owners were very frindly and helpful, which made us feel like home. The location is perfect, combining the peacefyl scenery of the gardens with the very close distance to the centre of the town (approximately a 5 minute walk). The appartments are very beautiful, spacious with a big veranda and breakfast is served in the room. We had an amazing time at MELROSE and we highly recommend it as well as Skopelos island

  This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Firstly the owners are amazing, very welcoming and unbelievably obliging. They will pick you up from the port, run you to Glossa, organise a car rental to the hotel. Anything you want they will sort it. Then there is the accommodation. To watch the boat traffic in the Loutraki bay. To be one of the few tourists in the area. The nature at Skopelos.

  We have never been at the hotel that is more relaxing. It's perfect for families with small children who are not so much into the 'all inclusive' experience and like to spend their holidays a little bit more casual. Our studio was very beautiful and always clean. The hotel is a couple of meters from the main road so it is very peaceful, no traffic noise. A nice little path leads to the beach (1 min by foot). The sandy beach is really beautiful, not overcrowded and with one cafeteria and one restaurant, just perfect in our eyes!

  Wonderful view, quiet place, very clean, the family is very helpful. Closed to the hotel there are many taverna, supermarket, beaches..we loved our vacation in Kolios View Studios. - Excellent Sea-View from all rooms of the hotel. Nice swimming pool and 2 beaches (Kolios & Agia Paskevi) within 10 min. walk. The stuff is very friendly.

  This hotel was spectacular! The view of Chora Skopelos was amazing. Great service. Very clean. High quality food & beverage offer. I loved everything about the hotel and Skopelos island.
