  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete. A really great place to stay. - Nearly everything was very well.   The staff at Rocabella was amazing . They responded to any request we had within 5 minutes . The scenery is beautiful . The food was also very good. - Very good and supportive staff. Nice location, not far from city, but far enough for relaxing atmosphere. Amazing view and food.

If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
