In particular, we had to change our reservation due to ferry times being wrong (no ferries on Monday) but staff were more than happy to accommodate us.

Quite location - about a 5 mins walk to beach/town of Tsilivi. The town is a bit busy/noisy and it was nice to be up the hill.
Pool was great, as was the view. A/C was really good.
Wifi OK outside of room (didn't work in either of our rooms). Pleanty of nice resteraunts within 5-10 min walk (can recommend Gyroland). -

All the staff was extremly kind. The apartment was nice, clean and the arangments of the beddings the made every day were amazing. The terrace where we have the breakfast is great. The hotel is in good condition, tidy and clean. The swimming pool area is fine. There was always enough food served in te buffet even if we arrived later to the breakfast or to the dinner. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and kind.

The hotel in general was excellent. The room was big enough with a balcony (with intimacy), comfortable bed and pillow. Very nice shower (hydrojet), courtesy tea/coffee set. Very efficient cleaning service. The breakfast was also excellent with fresh orange juice, fruits, croissants, English breakfast, yoghurt, fresh bread, dry fuits, cereals etc.

The hotel was conveniently close to the new port so taking a day trip to Paxos was easy. By far the best thing about the hotel are the friendly staff. The hotel itself is clean, modern & the rooms spacious. My friend & I would return to this hotel again for sure.
