we think that this hotel should set as example for family owned hotels. the hotel is very pretty, extremely clean. great location with mountains view, comfortable parking lot. the owner and his wife so nice, helpfull and did everything to make us happy and pleased. the wood decoration of the hotel, lobby and rooms, the decorated ceilings... the best value for money in our trip to greece!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless. The food was terrific, especially breakfast. The entire staff was so incredibly friendly, which made our stay memorable. -

We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital.
