We liked the hotel very much, although we only stayed the one night, as we were travelling further into the mountains (next time we will stay longer!) Very good location close to the square of the village. It has nice view to a forested mountain and satisfactorily spacious balconies to enjoy the view. The hotel has the most modern infrastructure in the village from what I saw and it is comfortable for families with babies. (in the hotel only)

We had a room with 3 beds. Everything was clean and well equipped. The hotel is more or less the last house on top of Konitsa in about 750m above sea level. Our room had a large balcony including a spectacular mountain view and over the town. We really enjoyed the very good breakfast in the morning (fresh boiled eggs or omelet/juice/coffee or tea ham and cheese/jam and honey/yoghurt/cakes/cookies…). This place is a delight. The staff offer wonderful service and the place is spotless. There is a lovely pool, poolside bar, and though we didn't use it a kid's playroom. There is no need to leave the resort except for evening meals. Safe car parking is available. Loved our hosts. Nearby Preveza is a typical Greek town, full of atmosphere. -

we think that this hotel should set as example for family owned hotels. the hotel is very pretty, extremely clean. great location with mountains view, comfortable parking lot. the owner and his wife so nice, helpfull and did everything to make us happy and pleased. the wood decoration of the hotel, lobby and rooms, the decorated ceilings... the best value for money in our trip to greece!

Decent 3* hotel for a very good price, not very far from the airport/old town (10 min drive) amazing sea view, private quiet beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, they spoke English/French. -

The hotel is not in the center, but if you have a car is not a problem even walking distance is not a problem because is only 15-20 min from the center. Very quiet place totally new and with very beautiful view o the lake. There is private parking at the front of the hotel. Receptions were very kind and helpful. Excellent deal. Rich breakfast and it is more than enough for travelers.

Lovely hotel, even in February , the rooms were well heated and had spacious bathroom with fluffy towel and ours had a bath with hydro jets.. Breakfast was simple but fine. It is an outdoor pursuits hotel ( but not compulsory) for those who want activities , or its a great place to be based if you prefer to explore the area by car. Beautiful scene
