  First of all Aspros Potamos is a really wonderful place to stay. We stayed there for 8 days and really enjoyed the peace and quit in the valley of Aspros Potamos. The beach and the village of Makry Gialos are about a 15 minute walk via a small road through olivetrees and small vegetable gardens. The facilities are good, normal shower (very tiny stream), - We stayed for 8 days at Aspros Potamos and we loved it! Really where we were looking for, something different, in nature, with a lot of silence and calmness. Birds singing all day long, the sound of the river and reading a book. On the other hand there a plenty things to do, walking to the beach, restaurants and shops in 15 minutes or walking the Pefki gorge. There are like 5 or 6 cats around and they're all very cute and social, we fell in love with them. In the evening just silence and oillam

  The well informed and most pleasant receptionist, the location near the sea, and the wonderful quiet and clean rooms. We did not have time to use the swimming pool which was warm and clean. Great value. Highly recommended. - Nice clean accommodation. Quiet away from town noise
