The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. -

Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. The most amazing and beautiful place I have ever stayed. The staff were warm and wonderful and went to any length to accommodate our every need. The food, organic and the best!! Throughout all my travels I have never stayed at a hotel that was as accommodating as Greco Philia. This is the first time I am writing a review but Nikos and Vagelitsa were so welcoming and accommodating that I felt a need to share my wonderful experience. Excellent homely food, peace and tranquility, picturesque location were factors that made this trip memorable. I will be soon returning to Scala!

We loved the setting and the luxurious feel of the entire compound.The sunsets, the views, and the accommodations were all amazing. Wecan't say enough about the saltwater pool with its own extraordinaryviews. The staff was extremely attentive, considerate, andinformative. The breakfasts were healthy and delicious and were agreat start to every day.

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel has great service with excellent staff, they made us feel like home. Any request was always taken seriously and actioned.
Our package was with a transfer, but due to some communication gap, we paid the limo. The lady at the reception next day asked us what we had paid, and without even our asking, she handed the cash back to us.
On departure, they arranged breakfast early at 6.30am, since we had an early flight.
