  The stuff was very polite and helpful. The luxury and the services was excellent. The location amazing and quiet. Great spa and very big pool. This is not just a hotel its a palace. You can have everything you need, more than you can imagine. The view from our balcony, just gorgeous. The bath was very big and very detailed.   The natural hot spring water around which this spa is built/themed is everything they claim. Excellent relaxation/rejuvenation. The food was superb, and the inclusion of breakfast and lunch was an great deal and convenient. Their are clean to a fault, emptying both spa pools to clean them every night (and they're huge pools).
