Friendly hotel staff. Very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and equipped room. The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended. -

It's the first all-female run 5-star hotel I've stayed in from manager, dining maitre d' to porters. Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

Went back after 5 or even more years. Everything was as good as i expected. Especially i like the management decision to renew the hotel. It is really unspecific for Europe. A lot of activities and friendly staff. My 3 years old daughter especially liked the mini disco and mini aqua park. -

The food was great. Excellent variety of gourmet foods. The reception was very helpful with every questions we had. On our last day they held our luggage and let us use the facilities until we were ready to leave. They also booked a very comfortable taxi for us to get to port. -
