  We have spent a great time at Hotel Zefyros in Platamonas. It is located right by the sea, which is very convenient. You can find nearby both sandy and rocky beaches. We first headed for the sandy one, but then realised that the rocky beacher were cleaner. We also enjoyed a very delight - This nice family run hotel is located in the most picturesque part of the town and right on the sea front. We felt great hospitality and personal attitude of the owners from the very first moment we entered the hotel. Our room was big, modern and very clean with magnificent sea view accompanied by the sound of waves and incredible sunrise.   I stayed at this great hotel the last week of October. Summer crowds were gone which made it even more relaxing. It is new, well designed, and kept spotless. The food was great and the entire staff was very friendly and accomodating--they are the best ever! - Perfect hospitality. Small hotel, giving family atmosphere.
