  The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location overlooking the caldera. All the views are just stunning, and although you don't get the famous "sunset" of Oia, we loved the changing colors of the sky against the volcano (a more unique view than a sunset, in my opinion). The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is tasty, an - Akrolithos is amazing. It has a nice swimming pool with stunning view to the caldera. Our room -and I think all rooms- had the same view. It is not luxurious, but was refurbished this year and very clean. The breakfast is served by the pool, normally until 11 o'clock, but they were happy to serve it even at 13.00, when we were waking up! The staff (in particular Evi and Panayotis) is very warm and friendly and they will make you feel like home. So is the owner. What impressed us is that I forgo

  James, the owner is the best. The views are spectacular. But James makes the property a must for all visitors. We got overbooked one of our nights and James took care of everything for us...another hotel, payment for it, and transport to and from...excellent customer service. He is truly a friend. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to get a reservation at Imerovigli Palace in Santorini. - Great staff, Friendly, attentive and warm. Incomparable view, one of the only places you can see both sides of island from. Pool area is amazing and secluded. Even better sunsets than in Oia. Good music, chilled out atmosphere. Good breakfast. A lot of things that make up for small imperfections that the staff is aware of (relatively new management in existing hotel)
