It's not a big or chain-like hotel -- quite the opposite. Every
detail is carefully taken care and the treatment given by the owners is
indeed special, making you feel like you're part of the family.
Rooms are new and of very good quality. You can notice that they thought
through all the details to make guests more comfortable and the stay
more enjoyable.
Location is good if you're planning to explore the island rather than staying in a single place. The villas are located centrally, very close

The location was fantastic - easy walking distance (less than 5 mins) to restaurants, shops, bars and the caldera. The bus stop was also within easy walking distance and allowed access to other towns and the island's beaches. The staff were very welcoming and always willing to assist and the rooms were spacious, clean, private and well equipped. Overall excellent value for money, a great property for groups of friends and an ideal location for backpackers!

Everything really. The staff (including the owner) are really nice and helpful. Although we missed the pick up at the port (for some reason we were not informed of this), on arrival we got free frappé(greek iced coffee) and homemade wine (which is really good), the owner (sorry i can remember how to spell his name) even sent us to the airport for free at the end. The staff is very friendly. The pool area is very pleasent and the pool bar very good. The proximity of the airport diden't bothered us at all. - The pool area is sensational, meals were good value, fairly close to one of the main beaches on island.

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

John and his staff could not do enough for their guests. Everything about the Galatia Villas was a 10+, with beautifully appointed guest rooms and receptiont area. The room was huge for European standards, with full dining table and kitchen. There is a private courtyard in which the owner lights votive candles at night so you can enjoy the evening. Note that it is not a view property and you do have to walk up hill 8-10 minutes to town. Excellent value. I recommend it.

This hotel is great! The owner, Pelekanos Petros is really nice andhelpful. He gave us a ride from the ferry port, and sent us to theairport when we left. Anemomilos hotel is a very convenient hotel. The room that I stayed at actually included two bedrooms, and a big living room with a kitchen. The toilet also had a jacuzzi in it. Also, because we got the basement apartment we had a big terrace where our friends could meet.
But we skipped that and just met all the time by the pool!

attentitive, picked us up and dropped us off when we arrived and left,
and went out of their way to be helpful.
