  Mr. Argiris, the hotel manager/owner was very attentive and willing to help us in everything. They have a shuttle service (not free though, but reasonable) to take you into town, where ever you want to go. He also suggested where to go first.   The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered.   it is in perissa right by the beach, a lot of bars close by. The staff is very friendly, everyone knows tony in town who is the owner of the hotel. - Great value. It's not a 5 star hotel but the house has some character. Tony picked us up at the port at 3.30am, and the ferry arrived more than an hour late. Hes very nice and helpful too.
