Truly Excellent!
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Poala’s Beach Mykonos, and it was everything we hoped it would be! From the moment we arrived in Mykonos we were greeted by the ever friendly owner of the hotel who came and picked us up from the port to the hotel. On the way to the hotel they pointed out places we should visit in Mykonos and once we arrived at the hotel they explained everything on a map and they met all our questions with a smile and were just so nice.

Amazing view to the Sea and sunset, excellent pool, big, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. And, of course, hotel's cat! :)
Agios Stefanos beach (good, sandy) is 10 minutes walking from the hotel (but you have go downstairs and back upstairs than it may be problem for old or ill people without car). Bus stop is near the Beach, buses runs from 8-30 AM till 2AM (night), each 1/2 - 1 hours, it takes 10 minutes + 2 euro to get the Old Port. Taxi costs about 9 euro.

We liked the hotel personel, especially Natasha. They picked us up from
the airport and on our way to the hotel they explained where the major
attractions in Mykonos were. In addition rooms were clean and view was
really perfect, we enjoyed watching sunset from the terrace around the
second pool. We advice anybody who thinks of staying in Paolas (or
generally in Mykonos) to rent a car or a bike.
Outstanding place and views at reasonnable rates very near (15 minutes walk) to center of Mykonos Town for more action. Quiet, friendly family owned. Very welcoming host. All modern facilities. Small not crowded beach nearby (early June). Limnios Tavern very near which serves typical greek plates and have extraordinary stuffed leaves. Surely a place to choose if you go to Mykonos.
Incredibly friendly and helpfull stuff. A lovely swimming pool with a fantastic overview of the Aegean Sea and the sacred island of Delos. Nice rooms. Very good location close to the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos.
I liked the friendly staff, the room, the environment, the swimming pool, the fact that they contacted us before our trip and were available even late at night. Value for Money we will visit it again!!.

Very helpful and co-operative staff.
If you think of renting an ATV/quad, remember that there is a huge
hill to the hotel. The 50cc quads will not carry two persons up
(sometimes), one might have to walk.

The trek up the hill. A bit far from town.
Minimal rooms.
Rickety wooden chairs on the balcony that are about to collapse, and will surely land this place in court one day when someone breaks their back.

Got the impression they are trying to be a luxury venue but these little things bring it down somewhat.
If they are 300 metres from the beach, then it is all vertical!.
