  The owner spoke a good amount of English and was very friendly. The room is in the basement of her house with a side entrance. Room is large and neat and the bathroom was very clean. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was hand-delivered to our door in the morning at the time of our choosing and was delicious.   The owner telephoned us a couple of days before arrival to confirm everything was okay and asking what time we were due to arrive. As we were going to arrive late she gave us the code for the door and told us where we could park and where to get the key. We had a 4 bed family room & fitted 5 of us no problem. The staff couldnt have been more helpful, location perfect & some great dinner options close by. We will be back, if you are considering this one, I would book it before someone else does.
