  We received a very warm welcome. The staff was very helpful, nice and always available. The apartment was very clean, the bathroom, the kitchen, the rooms, everything was perfect.   The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and patient. We communicated in a mixture of my broken German and a few English words. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised... It fit all 5 of us just fine, with a nicely stocked kitchen and a comfortable living space. The grocery store was only a block away, which made meals easy and inex... co mówią ludzie » pensive. The only trick was getting back and forth to Europa-Park (the reason for our visit). We discovered that we could take the Europa park Hotel m - Big apartment - with the best kitchen we've had during the trip in the black forest. Spacious and cozy. Great location if you're planning to go to Europa park. We stayed for the nights before and after the visit in the park and it really eased on our schedule.

  This hotel is fantastic. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the food was great, even better than the theme park hotels, it is really close to the theme park which is why we went there and I would definitely go back again. - Room was quite big

  I did not plan on this hotel being so nice. We came to go to Europa Park there in the town of Rust. We arrived and fell in love with the hotel and the Kuhn family. Everything is clean, fresh and well organized. The breakfast area is large and you do not feel cramped, rooms are so clean and fresh. Beds are wonderful. The owners let us leave our car in the drive for a whole day avoiding the 5 euro car park fee. It was 38 degrees so the fan, blinds and fridge were a bonus. Good breakfast.
