  very friendly, we really liked the personal touch an hospitallity. we really felt at home. clean rooms, clean toilet and bath room, even humidity towls present in the batheroom/toilet. even with kids its very nice and also very privat. - convenience of closeness to Europa park, great shower, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

  Very nice and clean rooms with bunkbeds för the kids and a big doublebed for us.   The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. The buffet dinner was fantastic. It is owned by a married couple who are both very accommodating.   nice rooms direct entry to park good layout of breakfast friendly staff went there for Europa Park and is was excellent . Colosseo Hotel across the street is also nice - The room is clean. Chek in is fast. The mattress is new. Wifi is speedy and work everywhere in the hotel.
