Nice Balcony, Wet room, good sized kitchen, two double bedrooms, lots of clean linen and towels, and a stocked fridge if we required it.   The owner spoke a good amount of English and was very friendly. The room is in the basement of her house with a side entrance. Room is large and neat and the bathroom was very clean.   A very positive experience. My family and I stayed at the guest house for 9 nights. The owner was a very helpful person and made our stay a pleasant one. The room was always clean and the breakfast was very good. Moreover europa park is only ten minutes walking distance from the guest house.
