dobre sniadanie - The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. I asked for a ketchup and they offered me a "bavarian mustard" (which is in general not included in breakfast). The mustard was great and they gave it to me the next day without asking.

I've stayed here numerous times, love the central location near the main train station and the happening street nearby with cafes, bars and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never tried the breakfast as I usually go to one of the nearby cafes or bakeries due to sleeping in. It's always my first choice to stay here. Free wifi. Some rooms have no bathroom, so you need to make sure what you're after...

Room and bathroom clean - good breakfast - Staff very helpful. Location central -very easy access to both U bahn and S bahn as well as Hbf. Although single room was compact it contained facilities to a good standard. Breakfast excellent.
