  Staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was great. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was very nice. We got to Kiel late at night and it was great being able to walk across the road to the Hotel and then the next day we walked down to catch our ferry to Norway - great location. Lubeck is a small town so proximity to the centre was still very good (the old town is encased by water so no hotel for parking is completely central so we were happy with the distance) Bar staff very friendly, they recommended places to go.
