Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. This is a dream hotel for weekend with friends - great facilities, wonderful restaurants and bars, superb rooms and service. A perfect combination of old-fashioned style and modern comfort. Fab! - Excellent service of the personel at the hotel. Verry helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was perfect at all. The palace looks like a fairy tail.
