  The hotel was just 6.5 km from Luneburg and I was greeted by very friendly/helpful staff. The room was sumptiously decorated with big fluffy robes & slippers on the bed and incredibly clean !! I had a view of the woodland and the pool and sauna helped me relax.   Beautiful room, amazing view, quiet, clean, charming atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and in a sunlit room, making for an excellent start to exploring Sankt Andreasburg, a quiet town with lots of hiking, gardens and good bakeries. Next time we will stay longer!

  All good. The pool is a good solution when you have kids. Sauna we didn't try, but we saw people enjoyd it alot. Supermarket is nearby (3min by car). Ski is near (although we've been just when the snow melted.) Mrs Neuman is very very nice. Can recommend you all the things to see.   A lovely hotel in a quiet location in the Harz mountains. Easy access to great road cycling area. The hotel and the spa were lovely. Attention to detail with no expense spared. Lots of relaxation options both indoor and outdoor, open till late. Spa towels, robes and slippers were provided to allow you to plod around in luxury all day. :)
