  The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. The buffet dinner was fantastic. It is owned by a married couple who are both very accommodating. It is within walking distance or a two minute drive to EuropaPark.   Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were above expectations. Location was ideal: far enough from the main road and close to the ski-facilities. Spa and playroom for the kids were nice extra's - This hotel is very clean. The owners are very kind and flexible. ANd what a nice country!!!!!

  The room was fantastic, clean, huge, big balcony looking over the Caracalla. It was decorated in a good mix between modern/contemporary. It was nice that you could even close the barrier between the two main rooms for more privacy. The room was not at all "dated" like many other fancy hotels. The breakfast was great, fantastic selection. Fresh squeezed - Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.
