  On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Free internet in the lobby and room service till 11pm, and they even have a 24hr men... co mówią ludzie » u that has a few good dishes on it. - Wonderful, spacious rooms with shower, bath, and separate toilet. Possibly the best breakfast we've seen in (many) hotel visits. Great staff, and perfectly located in Aachen.
