The price is good.
We booked a double room and own a room for 3 people (One double bed and one single bed).
The flat is very big and there is no other guests. Literally, we own the whole flat with two shower rooms.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Everything was clean, the staff are helpful and speak English, great price, very close to Berlin Hbf (central railway station). You must make and strip the bed yourself, but this is not a big hassle.
