We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and a really decent size. It's location was the best thing; virtually at the entrance the the Alte Market Christmas Market and the huge ice rink on Heumarkt. There are

The apartment's management office was very easy to find just steps from the main train station and the staff there was very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious and on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our bags up flights of stairs. It was within easy walking distance to the Dom and all the sights in the town square. Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great
