The bar across the street was loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. Had the windowns open because it was hot. Once we closed it, we were able to get back to sleep. It's in a walkable to the city centre location, 20 minutes in a low pace, going by the river, or if someone doesn't want to walk can take the tram from a stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. I would recommend it and stay here again so long as the price is decent.
