Front desk was manned all the time. Apartment was very clean. rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful. ... co mówią ludzie » dly and gave us plenty of information about the city and transport etc. There was also an excellent free walking tour every day that started from the hotel each morning - Great location with U station 20 meters from the hotel entrance and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Stylish and clean room with excellent views over the rooftops (not all room have this, though) and no noise from the street or other guests.

this is a beautiful apartment in a nice neighbourhood. It's very useful that it has a kitchenette and such a large living room - Big apartment, very clean and with nice decoration. It provides you with all the necessary facilities. I am very pleased.

Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center.
Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station

We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. It felt very non-touristy and the full kitchen with microwave, stovetop and refrigerator was great. The bathroom had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers that are looking for a way to integrate themselves into Berlin vs. staying in a hotel.
