Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff, nice clean room, good bar and restraunt. - Staff were very helpful. I had trouble connecting my Mac to WiFi so a staff member let me use the receptions PC for internet use. A very large selection of items for breakfast. Queen size bed just for me.

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

Dobra lokalizacja - This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. Room was nice and cosy. There was free wifi and free parking which is a plus in Hamburg. Room was clean. There were some takeaways nearby which was handy, since the on site restaurant was closed. -
