  Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets. I had some shower problems with the hotwater, and both times, the young man at the desk came almost immediately to resolve the problem...and did so, graciously.and efficiently.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

We stayed in the backyard of the hotel, it was quite, we slept very well. - The hotel is well placed just next to the underground station. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well lit. The staff generally pleasant and helpful. Very good for sight-seeing and a break in the city.
