I know there have been a few poor reviews of this hotel but if you go ask for a street side room, the rooms are spacious, the beds ae firm but fine and the room is clean and functional. The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to the train station.
There were tram and bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast was very nice.
I mentioned that it was our one year anniversary, and we had fresh fruit in our room when we arrived. I'm not sure if it's standard, but it was definitely a nice treat since we checked in at around midnight and were a bit hungry.

Everything. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facility is great and so conveniently located. I will be hoping to stay there again when I return to Hannover in the summer. - I loved everything about the hotel and if I ever have the opportunity I will stay ther again

Convenient quiet location just 3 tram stops from the Hbf.
Good all-round breakfast offering.
Didn't use evening restaurant facilities, but did notice that a pre-booked (presumably) meal offer for groups seemed to be available. -
we were only passing through so not a lot of time to do anything but the shopping centre is massive and lots of street
