When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.

Perfect location to stroll around Tiergarten and the zoo, more or less quiet street, very cleen and nicely decorated rooms, stuff is very helpful. Simply amazing!

stops from the zoo station. The subway stop is a block away.

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1.
