We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Perfect location to stroll around Tiergarten and the zoo, more or less quiet street, very cleen and nicely decorated rooms, stuff is very helpful. Simply amazing!

Hotel I31 is a great design hotel in a good location in Berlin. The
staff are very helpful and very personable. When we checked in I told
the reception gentleman that I needed a beer after a long drive and in
less than 30 seconds I had a cold beer in my hand! I don't like a
big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for
Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me. However, if you are
interested in a big breakfast theirs did look exceptional with lots of
options for meat

We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend. On arrival, we were informed that our room rate (c€75/night) was inclusive of breakfast, soft drinks and hot drinks, which was a real bonus.
