Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing extra sheets and speakers for an iPod after we arrived. The apartment is in a quiet part of Karl Marx Strasse, 1 min from the tube, 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz, 5mins from the Spree, 5 mins from Volkspark, and so is very central. TV, toaster, cooker,fridge,kettle etc. No iron though so if you want to look your best take a travel iron!

I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.

It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

Very nice design hotel - nice big room - good location close to U-bahn, restaurants and close to Alexander Platz (10 minutes walk). Quit area.
Free wifi - worked best in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again when returning to Berlin !

Was a good location, next to a couple of clubs (not that we could get
into them), and within walking distance of the underground. Big spacious
rooms, plenty of room for everyone but we were three people short. Had
they turned up, it would have been pretty good value for money. -

... co mówią ludzie » dly and gave us plenty of information about the city and transport etc. There was also an excellent free walking tour every day that started from the hotel each morning - Great location with U station 20 meters from the hotel entrance and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Stylish and clean room with excellent views over the rooftops (not all room have this, though) and no noise from the street or other guests.

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -
